Rewards are calculated on-chain per position, using the plan's APY over its lock duration, plus a size bonus for larger stakes.

Size Bonus

Stakes of 15,000 RICO or more earn an extra 1% bonus. Stakes of 70,000 RICO or more earn an extra 5% bonus, on top of the plan's APY.

Good to know

Restaking rolls an active position into a new lock period from the plans above, without unstaking first.
Unstaking before your lock period ends is tracked on-chain as an early exit and can reduce your reward — the exact terms are enforced by the staking contract itself.
The minimum stake amount is read live from the contract and shown on the Staking page.

Where staking fits

RICO rewards originate from the main RicoMatrix app — chapter purchases and referral activity feed a shared reward pool, tracked through the matrix and giveaway contracts. Staking is a separate layer on top: once you hold RICO, it's yours to lock here for additional yield, independent of your reading or referral activity.
